Thank you. Race for life 5k or pretty muddy (5k muddy obstacle race) are great races to aim for post the c25k programme. The atmosphere is terrific: not at all competitive. Quite an emotional event because many people were running in support of or in memory of or because they themselves had or have cancer. I welled up a few times reading people's stories.
