Well done . Congratulations I downloaded this app ages ago tried the first run done 4 out the 8 runs. Next day tried it done 6 then my knee was giving me gyp so I haven't done it since. I'm walking now started on 30 minutes power walking building it up to an hour then I shall start again. With the C25K . I have a lot of weight to carry got to lose 5 stone. My knees aren't very good. You are an inspiration. X

Thank you you are doing amazing. Im just off now around the running track which is local to me and free. I can also take the dog. I watch all the runners passing me on the inside as i walk around the outer edge with the dog. With my running music on I downloaded. It really keeps me walking fast because of the beat. I love it. I will join the runners one day x
