Completed week 2 yesterday, again, with no problem.
Am cautiously optimistic about Week 3, but running/jogging for 3 minute stretches sounds a bit difficult to me.
I'm going in with a positive attitude...time will tell.

Ha ha! So many of us felt like that ! If anyone had said to any of us that it would be even possible, we would have laughed...
But...we did it! And, you will do it too! 18 months on... I, like many, am still here and running 10K !
Just trust this programme... it takes us very slowly and steadily to thirty minute runs.... yep..it does. Focus on each run, each week, try not to let the mind gremlins get a foothold, before you start
