Found this run so hard this morning. I kept going but felt absolutely awful, came over dizzy, felt queasy. Was taking it really easy too because of the weather. Still feel rough now π©. Usually I feel so good after a run. I hope run 3 is better!

That sounds like you're dehydrated. Please tell me you've had plenty of water to drink since you got home?

Plenty of water the day before, I aim for 4 litres and then another litre or so an hour before I run, get home/work and drink some more water.
Hydration is key to stopping you feeling crappy after your run
Thanks I'll start taking note of what I'm drinking the day before. I had my usual amount before going out, I'll add to that too.
Exactly what Burrows79 said. Crappy run is almost always dehydration from previous day.
I once ran a 10k race having drunk 3 bottles of wine the night before, after not touching a drop of alcohol for 6 months. It was an unusually hot morning as well. Did not get a PB.
