Week 3 Run 2

Had an early run this morning, little stiff from gym induction yesterday so was a little unsure. Well cracked it got through it all the 1.5 mins seem so quick now and 3 mins getting manageable! Music for me is key to take my mind off running. Will work on a good playlist later I think, to top it all nice little shower of rain on the walk home to cool down. Looking forward to Saturday ..
