Ran for 34.20 minutes today - no stopping for an icecream on the way.

Still a bit hot for me, but this run was much smoother due to starting slow. If there is one thing I have learned on this thing, although I don't like to run slower than I feel I comfortably can, (even if I guess that is a good idea in earlier weeks since we are all getting used to it), it certainly is something to remember to start off slow on every run!

(The first part must be downhill but anyway , I did the first part slower this time)
