So it's 30° +here, similar to temps in the U.K. today. Suffering from hourly hot flushes anyway, I decided to head for the treadmill in the air conditioned gym for the first time. I found the run easier because I could keep it really slow and controlled but oh so boring, clock watching every few minutes. The sun was beating through the full length glass window in front of me and the sweat poured, lol. I battled on and made it through! Woohoo! I thought the heat would beat me out here but I'm not going to let it. Graduation is in sight next week 🏃🏼♀️
