Couch to 5K

Back at it week 5 run 2 done!

So after last weeks concerns that I would struggle to come back I've done it! I listened to my body after hospital treatment last Tuesday and have just been doing 5k walks as many days as I felt able and to be honest the last few hot days I've not done that much. Last night I decided that today was the day to come back, and a whole 7 days later than intended I've done w5 r2, I did walk for about 30 seconds part way through the first run but a quick word with myself and off I was again to complete it. I'm happy to say the least bring on 20 mins of running Friday morning!
