Being Careful about diet

So by the end of week 5 I was feeling good and I'd noticed my appetite had started to pick up and I wanted more food! I also happened to go out with my wife for a meal. We each chose belly pork... I wondered if it was a mistake at the time but hey ho! It was really good and I at a fair amount. The following day and the day after I was so 'low-energy' it was a real struggle to complete Week 6 R1 and even 4 days later Run 2 was hard work!

I think I'll be staying away from fatty foods from now on - I hadn't realised how long it takes to get it out of your system.

Yes... the exercise gives us a really appetite sometimes.. lots of great healthy choices and healthy eating regimes,out there though.. Low carb and low cal too..:)

Great time of the year to be doing the C25K though :) We; done you...:)
