That was hard! I felt like crying after finishing it, I was completely exhausted and felt a little sick! Combine that with the current UK heatwave and family drama rearing its ugly head and I was a wreck by the time I got home!

I have serious respect for people who go out and run in hot climates!

I am proud that I completed the run despite struggling! Hopefully the next run will be a little smoother.

Well done on making the effort! I nearly did not make the run, for various reasons including the heat, but forced myself, and am pleased that I did! Give yourself credit and be proud!!!

Use your run as time for yourself :)

Good luck for the next run, I hope it goes more smoothly!

Very well done...very warm currently, I think a respite is forecast for the end of the week :)

Life can impact so much on us, that is why running can be so beneficial, to clear our minds and give us the feeling of release. :)

Running although struggling takes strength and every run you do makes you stronger... Next time, head out, feeling confident that you are strong :) and let all the stresses and strains float away into the air.

Slow and steady :)
