I'm well happy that I made it in this heat, a slower pace than usual but any quicker and I would have burnt out at 20/25 minutes.

It just proves that the advice you get on here from the experienced guys works, slow down, yes you need to run for the duration 3 times to complete a week, but if you go too fast, especially in the heat we're having at the minute your headed for the IC. So I repeat, slow it down and go smash it!

Thank you, I didn't think I'd make it until Jo said I'd done 20 minutes so I slowed it down a bit more.
