last week i did 3 runs 2 x 40 mins and friday was a 30 min , on the treadmill as usual. Had a busy weekend walking and general busy bee-ing , today got on treadmill i have a fan but i couldnt breathe its so hot i managed about 22 mins running but feel bad that i didnt do 30 ! is it okay to do another short run tonight ? if it cools down to make up my time ( possibly to 40 mins ) or is this a no no as ive already run today ?
advice much appreciated my legs etc were okay i just felt like i had someone squeezing my chest and i couldnt get my breathing regulated very well

Feeling ur pain I've just started week 9 and I just can't get it going can't understand it I find it hard to do even 5 mins so I think it will b a long until I graduate
Of course it's ok to do another run tonight if you feel up to it.
Running multiple times per day will make the second run harder. Just like if you run on consecutive days without a recovery day in between. And if you do it repeatedly while ignoring pains and aches it can lead to injury. But as a one-off, sure, no probs. Go ahead and make yourself feel great about having achieved your daily target
I doubt ill be making double runs a habit but mentally I would like to re do this one so prob will try again later when fingers crossed its cooler 😁 am newly graduated so don't want to lose the momentum 🎓!!!
