Well early start (6.30) to make sure is was cool....well below 25 anyway.

So last chance for me a hubby to do a long run together before our half marathon on 9th July.

He is of to marshal at paintball next week so will be loan run next week.

Nice run along canal and river which as so early was still in shade.

Managed to stumble and hyper extend my knee at about 4K but didn't feel too bad.

Was beautiful along the canal and very little traffic as so early....sure it got busier later.

So have Great Run Newham on 2nd July with the treat of finishing in the Olympic Stadium the Bath Two Tunnels half marathon on 9th July.

Keep hydrated and have a great rest of the day
