No app virgin run

First run without Micheal Johnson coaching me through. Wacked in the headphones and listened to my playlist. Jogged anti clockwise round the park for a change of route and got to 30 minutes running before I knew it. Dubious about running as had little sleep and only a sandwich for dinner due to sitting at a hospital for 7 hours. Sorry Michael but I didn't actually miss you 😂😂

Was a bonus of a run as I'd written myself off before I'd even got out of bed . Just goes to show it's always worth a shot 😀
