But I've not managed to get out since last Wednesday! Is this achievable or should I repeat R2 (or 1 eve ?!)

Trying not to talk myself out of quitting...!

Do not quit!!! You won't have lost too much fitness in a week

If it were me I'd do wk5 run 3. Take it slow slow slow.

If you're worried that you won't complete it and would feel more comfortable repeating run 2 then repeat, there's no harm and it's better than sitting on that couch!!

Trainers on and off you go X

Go for it. Take it slow and you will be fine. If you don't make it then it was a good practice run but chances are you will make it and feel brilliant.

Definitely do it! As the advice said if you need more walk breaks do 😀 still better than the couch!! 😀

In the sun/heat. No water. Bursting for a wee!

Soooo proud of myself! Absolutely buzzing!

Thank you for your encouragement, I would have almost certainly done Run 1 or 2...if I'd have gone at all!! X
