Do not quit!!! You won't have lost too much fitness in a week
If it were me I'd do wk5 run 3. Take it slow slow slow.
If you're worried that you won't complete it and would feel more comfortable repeating run 2 then repeat, there's no harm and it's better than sitting on that couch!!

Go for it. Take it slow and you will be fine. If you don't make it then it was a good practice run but chances are you will make it and feel brilliant.
Definitely do it! As the advice said if you need more walk breaks do 😀 still better than the couch!! 😀
