well , I'm back, back right at the very beginning. Around two years ago I graduated then following a series of poor weeks worth of weather, I let it all slip and now, regrettably , back at the start all over again.. Anyone else here who has made this mistake?!

Hi Rich, how spooky that your post came in this morning. I'm sitting here same position as you. Graduated then had a few problems and then moved and turned a certain age. When I read your post this morning I was sitting here thinking what can I do to get myself motivated 😪😪 not run now for about 9 months.

Excellent!! that makes two of us then, and I suspect there's probably several thousand more :) You better dig out your running shoes, I'm doing my Week 1 Run 1 run tonight!

Hi Rich and Sue, Am in the same boat as you both! Going to do my first run tonight too. Did you consider skipping a week? I think I am in better shape now than when I started the last time! What do you think? Angie
