Strange thing to do on your birthday?

So yesterday I was 50. Fuelled by breakfast in bed and grim determination I ran for 25 minutes (week6, run 3) just to prove to myself that I can run further now than I could when I was still in my forties ( the day before yesterday). For the rest of the day I mainly ate cake and drank cocktails ....
