Something new

Well....first time ever I spent time away from home in 8 years,first ever family "holiday" (only 3 days in soggy Scarborough but after a 4 year battle with serious mental health issues this is a massive step,day 2 anxiety is creeping in of being away from home and virtually no sleep but I managed to go for a run,my final run of week 3,I actually finished each 3 min run against the sea air too,next run day will be the start of week 4 and who knows whatever some more "something news"

Sounds like you are going really well, so high five for that 👋 Just keep going very slowly though the programme and you'll nail it. Slow is best!
