Good luck Maaritk. I'm sure you'll smash it!
Have fun and let us know how you get on

Enjoy the journey!

Good luck! You can do it!

Yay. Good for, you. Go very, very slowly. The idea is to finish each session, that's all π
Good luck i know the feeling , just at the beginning of my journey just done run 3. Wk 1 don't forget to let us know how you get on.

few months down the road you will be laughing. i started c25k at the start of march, no running experience for well over 15 years (school) up to now ive done 8 park runs and do around three runs a week and also lost well over a stone since starting. hope that gives you an extra boost dont give up, keep us posted here!
That's amazing. I found it quite easy for first run, but I'm sure I will feel it tomorrow. Thanks for encouragement π

Good luck Maartik. I've just finished W6/D6 and started with no running experience whatsoever, just staring down the barrel of 50 with a choice of getting off of the couch or sinking into it.
My first run I felt absolutely bushed but now I split my time between progress runs to get another day and ticked off and comfy runs that I pick from a week or two previously, this seems to work for me.
One word of advice... good shoes! It was drummed into me and made a huge difference.

Slow and steady and enjoy your journey

Good luck and enjoy!
