Following knee and then ankle injury, I've just completed wk3 run1 without injury! I actually quite enjoyed it! I'm running every 2 nights to give my joints longer to recover, I'm now stretching properly and I'm using loud speaker again so I can hear my footfall to prevent pounding as suggested. Thanks everyone for the advice ☺
