Start a fresh

I'm staring again. I tried back in February and finished week 2 but during week 2 I was getting pain in my hip. After speaking with my PT and a physio I had an inflamed IT band which was causing the pain. It's been so frustrating that i can't do it but at the same time a good excuse not to.

So on Monday I'm shopping for proper running trainers and going to start from week 2 and try again. I hate running but it's something that I really want to achieve :-)

There are probably stretches you can do to help / prevent the same injury again - just ask your PT / physio. Good luck.
