Every time the running times increased i would feel great dread but amazingly I'm now on week 8 running 28 minutes. Never ran before February of this year so this is a great achievement for me and it will be for you too ! Keep the faith 😃
Three weeks time? Think about that in 3 weeks. Now is the time to focus on 90 second runs not 20 minutes. Good luck. You can do it.
One run at a time Tommy. Try not to look too far ahead. Be proud of each session you complete successfully and know your stamina is improving with every run.
If you need to repeat any runs thats fine too..this is your journey and although broken down into 'weeks' you may take as long as you need to complete the plan. AND YOU WILL.😊
Trust the program. Just done w9 r2. I am a well overweight mum with no running experience. You can do it!!!
