as above just finished my last week 9 run , its taken me 10 weeks in total as i redid week 5 ( i think ) !! im feeling very accomplished now to keep it up and venture outside ( baby steps ) off out tonight for a lovely thai meal to meet my daughters partner and am definatly going to partake in a ( very ) large glass of Rose to celebrate the beginning of my new running life X happy running everyone , stick at it people of the early stages it does get easier and that 60 secs that you dreaded in week one will be your best freind countdown in the later weeks xx ps pic of me after run red faced sweaty and very happy
