How you finding week 4?, I'm a bit nervous about itπ¦
Tbh I did find the first run of W4 hard work... but I managed it so it's definitely achievable. Although I always find the first run every week quite hard (I think because I have a lot of self doubt over whether I can actually do it!) But don't worry - if I can do it then you can definitely do it too! πͺ

Of course your legs hurt..........they are doing something they are not used to.....but in a few weeks they won' t hurt and you will be be able to career around like a carefree child.
