Started week 3 today. The prospect of three minutes of running left me fearing I would have to drop out and start again but a coach ran with me and supported me all the way. I was amazed at how easy it felt. Can't wait now to keep going. I can't tell you how happy this makes me.

Week 3 seems to be one of the struggle points along the way, from what I've seen so far. Like you, I managed to keep going. We just need to remember, it'll be worth it in the end 😀

I was in good company as doing C25k as part of a running group. It's great to have that continual support. The leader got me off the grass and onto the footpath. I was surprised to learn that it's easier on the path. I'd also learned a bit about how to steady my breathing through the lovely Sarah Milican on the app. All in all it led to a great first run of week 3 and I can't wait to get the other two runs in with the confidence that I can do it! 😊
