Hello - wow I can't believe I'm running !!! This app Is so easy to use and I couldn't have got so far on my own - I'm on week 5 with run 1 complete - I feel so much better and fitter!!! Even lost couple pounds - Any tips on how to handle the longer times for running ?? Xx

Just slow and steady...
If you follow the programme, take your rest days. take extra exercise on those days..you will be fine.
Just relax, trust the programme and have faith in yourself

Just keep working your way SLOWLY through the sessions and you will be fine. As long as you go steady you will manage it ok
