Just completed my first week. Using my fancy heart rate watch to avoid too much collapsing. Really enjoyed motivational Michael Johnson helping me along.

Well done. If you keep at it you will be there before you know it. Can't tell you how hard I found week one and I have just completed my first 20 minute run (slightly elated).

I cannot believe this program got me here but it sure did. Just keep at it one run at a time. 🏃🏃🏃

Week one is in some ways the toughest. It's scary and intimidating starting. . . In my opinion anyway. So well done for beating the hurdle. Keep going, you'll make it all the way.
