Yay! I have completed week 7, albeit somewhat belatedly. Ya see, I went on holiday, didn't I, after R2W7, and on my return, I decided to repeat R1W6 to ease back in. Not gonna lie -- It was tough, so I thought I'd better just carry on from there. So I did. And I've now completed week 6 and week 7 -- again.
Now can't wait to get stuck in to week 8 - despite this lovely heat!
