The start of something new!

I was completely out of breath walking up a flight of stairs... it was beyond me how I had got so unfit.

Run 1 done, my shins are killing me but I can't wait to see results!

If anyone has any tips to stop shins hurting, please let me know!

Good luck everyone! X

Well done for getting the first run done, my shins hurt for the first couple of weeks but after that they were fine just take it steady and you should be fine good luck with the rest of the program.

Well done making a start! The program is great if you follow it and take your rest days.

Search the forum for shin pain (top right is the search field if using a computer) as there are loads of posts with great advise. Keep slow and it should ease.
