Went for my w2R1 run this morning. It was a beautiful morning and I was staying with friends in Gloucestershire and the route was beautiful. I was so pleased to be able to run all of the 90 second sections and enjoyed it. It also helped that my friend came with me and encouraged me. Really happy with progress
