W7R1 rainy run

A successful 25 minute run in the rain! I think today was my first gremlin-free run, not a single "I can't do this" or "I should stop" entered my head, it made it so much easier!

I went podcast-free today, I tried a 155bpm jogging playlist but I couldn't get on with it, I felt like I was doing a slow motion baywatch run! Maybe I'll try a 160 one next time!

Yeah you're right, I'll definitely go back for week 8, it's just that week 7 only has 1 podcast for the whole week so I thought I'd spice things up after listening to it once.
