Hi I have finished week3 today, feeling rough this morning before and after the run but pleased I have done it. Week4 on Sunday, it's good to keep the pace and run regularly but I struggle to define my goal, which might just be to keep going to the end...can't be bad I guess!
Will C25k reveal a new me ?!: Hi I have finished... - Couch to 5K

Goals are good. My goal was to get to the end of the program. At week 7 I registered myself on a 5k run in September. My goal now is to move from treadmill to the great outdoors. That goal is being hindered by the crappy weather we're having.
Very best of luck with your journey
My goal is aways really simple: to be a better version of me than i was yesterday.
One step at a time, one rep at a time.

That seems like the most appropriate goal whilst you are doing the programme!
