Can't believe I have made it to this point in the plan! It is almost like autopilot now, get up, dressed, berroca then out the door... that felt a lot slower than usual but it didn't feel right to increase the pace so I stuck with it... I'm less out of puff than last run but is that the fact I was slower or that I'm getting used to longer times?

Just run nice and steady and think about finishing. That's all!
The legs and lungs will be getting used to it by now but don't push it at all. It's so easy to overdo it with your new-found skill. Slow and steady, you're nearly there 😃
