Week 1 is done! Really struggled with the first couple of 60 second runs and thought it was going to be a tough 30 minutes, but then remembered the advice on here about slowing down and that sorted me out!

Week 2 run 1 on Saturday, eeek!

Yeay! Well done you!!! Just taking it steady really does work:)

If in doubt, at any level in the running journey, slowing down can often be the answer... relax into the run and just enjoy the journey!

Week 2, here you come :)
