Week 1 is done! Really struggled with the first couple of 60 second runs and thought it was going to be a tough 30 minutes, but then remembered the advice on here about slowing down and that sorted me out!

If in doubt, at any level in the running journey, slowing down can often be the answer... relax into the run and just enjoy the journey!
