I wasn't sure what to expect from this one. The 90secs runs were actually alright although my body didn't feel like it was enjoying it much. Got a bit of a burning sensation in one of my quads now which I've never experienced before. Really liked the 'I love running' chant that was encouraged today but it's hard to think that when it doesn't feel very nice. Need to remember to be slow!!

You have to be slow. Slow will get you to the end, which is all you have to do
