Thank you SO much for all your help and support yesterday. I did the run this morning - woo hoo 😊. Oldfloss I did strengthen/flexibility last night and had an early night. I'm going shopping today and getting nuts/seeds misswobble. Some green vegetables instead of starchy carbs Rignold and looking forward to W2R3 on Friday ❤️
