Well after w1d1 I didn't think I would do week 2 but just repeat week 1. I did it! I'm so pleased. We've found a large grass field that's community land and run here. Far better on our joints and for me although I'm always a mile behind everyone they turn and come back to me. I'm feeling motivated, watching what I eat so hopefully will shift some weight too. I even went swimming on a rest day as I felt that the lack of impact would be good. Next run on Wednesday!
