In 2015, at age 64, I did C25K and a few weeks afterwards I did my first parkrun.
Today, exactly 2 years later I achieved my 50th parkrun and I'm in training for a half marathon.
All this was made possible by Laura and the wonderful Couch to 5K program and I can't recommend it highly enough.
To all of you who are starting or perhaps struggling with the program, keep with it and you will get there. I did so anyone can.
