Firstly I completed my run 2 week 2, yeay me! DESPITE headphones tangling up somehow so I dropped my phone twice, setting up hubby's Bluetooth headphones (ok my son did that because mum was swearing loudly!), which then kept falling out as I ran because my eats are sweaty or the buds are just...rubbish!! Treadmill running for now but plan to get out there soon. Any advice please...i have an iphone6+ as It's easier to see without reading glasses👵🏻X

Ears not eats😂. Sweat is dripping into my readers😂!
I am not very good with ear buds they never seem to fit me. About three years ago I got some overear Bluetooth ones and they are still going strong. I look like a cyberman but you can move the song on by touching the button on the earpiece and answer phone calls as well. Not that that goes well. MrRfc has rung me a couple of times when I have been running and I just huff and puff as I don't want to stop.😀. When I got mine thy were £14.99 it now looks like they have gone up to £17.99

Well done you. It's not easy, I'm just on week 1, but been using Samsung Health religiously and in 2 months gone from 232 lb to 213lb.
Don't know much about iPhones but I have a arm holder. Just strap it round your upper arm and pop your phone in and velcro it shut.
Well done on your progress!! I use a fit belt to carry my phone - it just sits on my hips and I never have any problems.
I know what you mean about the tech failures. I arrived today for a Parkrun, all geared up ready to go, wireless earphones primed up and stuck in the ears. Walking to the start point there's this brief announcement through the earphones "powering off!". Turns out my phone had temporarily "died". Had to run/walk without any music or instructions but because it was Parkrun there were over 300 other bodies to traipse around with. So don't feel too bad, and by the way I even work in IT!! I'm gradually getting used to running outside, it still feels harder and a bit scary but I think I'm getting to prefer it to the dreadmill. I don't read the phone at all in any of my sessions (this week for me it's W5), I just listen to the lovely Laura in the podcasts, rather than use the C25K app which I don't rate much, thinking every time she tells me to run that I'd like to murder her ....
