Well I took advice and read some forum posts about this week and went out thinking this will be tough... make sure you pace yourself James... and I did... and I managed it ok... I am really enjoying this!! Like seriously!

Good! Go very slowly though! That way you will have enough puff to complete each session, which is all that's required
