Body: good

Mind: bad

Not running again til Tuesday now as I'm working and away over the weekend so will start the next week then!

Maybe try a few sneaky exercises whilst working..not sure what you do.. but desk exercises if a sedentary job....or stretches.... or walking... and whilst you are away...? Keep you in the mood... :)

Your mind needs to be indoctrinated into the C25k world. The rest days are as important, if not more so in the early weeks as the run days. That is the time your body grows, not just repairs from what you did yesterday, but progresses beyond where you were when you started this challenge. It means that when it is asked to do the same or more next time, like magic, it will!! Never underestimate the value of rest days. Use them to congratulate yourself on getting to this point and look smugly back at last week, last month or last year when you couldn't do what you can today.

It takes a star to complete Week 1, so shine this weekend😀🌟

Well done Hannah on completing week 1 . Dont know if your mind is bad re the running or other things going on but stay positive , be proud that you got out and done it . Enjoy your weekend and Good luck for week 2
