Two weeks in and loving it.

Just finished week two. Not run for 20 years, since I stopped playing rugby due to a knee issue. Was concerned about my knee as I'm a lot heavier and nearly 50. Using a patella band is helping a lot.

Loving it so far, even 90 seconds was a stretch at the start but can feel myself getting better every time.

You should be ok if you go very slowly. Getting some weight off would help your knees no end. Keep going with the programme, eating and drinking healthily and you should soon feel better all over.

It is best done really slowly. There is very little jogging at first so just take care 😃

The improvement in recovery along with the ability to push just bit further comes remarkably quickly, so you will see progress.

Keep going, it may change your life.

Thanks, my girlfriend who is 57 is one session ahead and she has never run ever. She is feeling 20 years younger. I feel better and my resting heart rate is down to 63 already. I'll update as I go through but not giving up.
