Early days but enjoying it so far...

Hi all, I am new to this forum....

I started C25K two weeks ago and completed W3 R1 this morning. Amazing to see the changes already in such a short time. My fitness is completely to pot and I struggled with the 1 min runs in W1 R1 and yet here I am hitting 3 mins today with reasonable ease. Really hope this progress continues as W5 looks like a big jump...!

Enjoyed reading others comments on here over the last fortnight and have found many comments very supportive and useful. What a great community this is.

Keep on running...!

You can do it! Just take it one run at a time & have faith in the program, it really does work.

Never mind W5, you would have been running 3 times a week for a month by then. Without realizing it, all those aches and pains will be your body getting stronger.

It is a jump, but no more than other weeks - in spite of how it looks. I loved W3. Take each run at a time and make it the best experience you can. The rest will follow. Well done you!!

It's really easy to look ahead and get a little freaked out. You will be ready by then so try focus on the run/week you're on and enjoy each progression.

Well done!
