Hurrah the end is in sight!!

After starting in October 2016 I am finally near graduation have done a couple of 25 minutes which I did 2.5kms in but I dont think I will do another 2.5 kms in 5 minutes so what is the gaduation the5k mark or the amount of time?

By the way the headphone problem (thanks foreveryones for replies) I purchased a headband with in built speakers it is perfect everything stays in place, sound not brilliant but they stay put.

Have a read of soe posts on the topic. its 30 minutes. Vry very few people achieve 5K in that time during the programme.

You just need to run 30 mins, three times ( week 9), and that takes you to graduation!

Many graduates do not achieve 5k in 30 mins, Irish-John posted a piece on it earlier this week, why not take a look?
