Just nailed the 25 min run, am so proud of myself. Looking forwards I can see there are no longer any major jumps in difficulty.

Man, am I looking forward to graduation!

You deserve to be very proud of yourself, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs 🏃🏾 👍

I'm looking forwards to when the 25/30 min runs just become something easy that I do twice a week. :-)

Well done, onwards and upwards Saarek, when I was doing C25K I ran 3 times a week, my running days were Wednesday, Saturday and Monday, I graduated on a Monday, however, once I had ran 6/30 minute consolidation runs after graduating from C25K I cut out a Monday but I still run on a Saturday, that's my (not) parkrun day and a longer distance on a Wednesday, my longest run is 10 miles, ran on a Wednesday, same with the 10/10Ks I have ran, all on a Wednesday, so your ambition to run twice a week is fine with me, it won't be long before you graduate, good luck for your graduation run in around 3 weeks time.
