Can't quite believe I've started running in my 50s... So so happy! Signed up for the Race for Life 5k in Cardiff...yay!!! That's my target for now....16th July. I'll be taking inspiration from you guys... 😀

A lot of us were in our 50's and older when we started so you're not alone. Stick to the programme and post here for support and you'll be more than ready for your race in July. Well done for starting and getting to week 3.
