Hi Everyone, it's my first time posting on here but I want to say "thank you" to you all. This is my 3rd attempt at doing C25K and I know now why I failed in the first couple of attempts - going too fast!! I have taken all your advice and if it gets a bit tough to carry on I slow right down. This is working for me and encouraging me to carry on - I know the forthcoming weeks are going to get harder but I believe I will be able to carry on with this mindset.
I even look forward to my runs - never thought I would hear myself say that!
