MY FIRST 5K RACE!

Hi everyone, I have never been much of runner but recently started the couch to 5K running programme. I have found it difficult, but I am currently completing week 8 of 9 and have really enjoyed the challenge! As a result, I will be running my first 5K race on the 9th of July for Fertility Network UK! I volunteer for FNUK and get to see first-hand the amazing support and advice this small charity provides to anyone struggling with fertility issues. As an aspiring embryologist, this issue is very close to my heart; it is estimated that 3.5 million people struggle with infertility in the UK.
