I was worried about this move up but have done it. I took on the advise at taking it slow. I think maybe I took it too slow, but now I know I can do it, the next one will be easier in my head (not the body).

Well done just bear in mind there is no such thing as to slow on this programme sometimes the slower is better just feel them positive vibes when you complete a stage
