Just back from this. I feel surprisingly good and not too tired. Really tried to pace myself which worked well. Feel a sense of achievement this evening. Took a photo on the way too!

Good on you kesmcg , good that you were feeling good, that advice to take it slow really is key. I just finished W4R3 today, and felt a little less good, but still OK.

What a great place you have to run in :)

(PS - Sorry for the liberal sprinkling of the word 'Good' :P )

Thanks. I've loads of tracks round here so off road running is easy. It was harder this week but doable. I just keep it slow and steady and focus on breathing and relaxing my shoulders. Seems to work!

50up. I love it. Your phrase ' a little less good'

I'm cooling down from W2R2 and I feel ' a little less good, but still ok'.

Thanks
